Doug Smith
Doug is the Assistant Executive Director at Light of Life Rescue Mission, a non-profit that serve the homeless men, women, and children of Pittsburgh. As Director, he oversees all of the fundraising, marketing, communications, events, and volunteering.
He is also the Founder and CEO of L3 Leadership, a leadership development company that connects and develops leaders through their podcast, Mastermind Groups, and their annual L3 One Day Conference.
He is married to his high school sweetheart, Laura, who currently works as an VP of Sales at Ivalua. Together, they love family, personal growth, travel, working out, and serving others.
